A Better Place for the Records Your Team Still Needs to Keep

Paper archives build up in every kind of organisation. We help employers, schools and colleges, training providers, charities, membership bodies, councils, public organisations, manufacturers, utilities, and property and facilities teams store and retrieve records, arrange confidential shredding and clear archives.

For People Records, Operational Files and Older Archives

If records have outgrown a cupboard, cabinet or room, we can talk through a simple collection and storage plan. We can also discuss archive boxes, re-boxing, retrievals, confidential shredding and clear-outs that separate records to keep from records approved for destruction.

Records We Can Discuss Storing

  • Personnel and HR files
  • Education, training and student records
  • Member, service-user and operational files
  • Older paper archives and project records

How the Service Works

  1. Share an approximate box count and the collection postcode.
  2. We barcode and label each box ourselves, and agree any collection dates or deadlines.
  3. We collect and store the agreed records; request a file or box by phone or email when needed.
  4. When your team approves destruction, we can arrange confidential shredding or a wider archive clear-out.
Your organisation decides which records must be kept and authorises any destruction. We carry out the storage, retrieval or shredding instructions agreed with you.
