Legal Practices · Our Main Focus
Support for Your Legal Archive
From a sole practitioner to a multi-office practice, we provide nationwide storage and retrieval for paper records, with secure vault storage for original wills and deeds. Our Preston-based team offers a straightforward, personal service.
Records We Can Discuss Storing
- Client and matter papers
- Conveyancing, property and probate papers
- Wills, deeds and other original documents
- Accounts, HR and internal practice records
How the Service Works
- Tell us the approximate number of boxes or items and where they are.
- We arrange a collection time and barcode each box so our team can locate it when you need it.
- When you need a file, email us to arrange its return. Routine retrievals and collections are included in our standard service; eligible same-day retrievals may be possible before 1pm, depending on route and location.
- When your firm approves records for destruction, we arrange confidential shredding and provide a certificate of destruction once completed.
Your organisation decides which records must be kept and authorises any destruction. We carry out the storage, retrieval or shredding instructions agreed with you.
