Space for Large Paper Archives, with Files Available When Needed

Whether you are handling administrations, liquidations, restructuring or business closures, we can help move archived paperwork out of your office and into secure storage. We barcode every box ourselves, so our team can locate it when you request a retrieval. Larger transfers can be planned in stages to suit your timetable.

Records We Can Discuss Storing

  • Insolvency and case files
  • Creditor claims, correspondence and supporting papers
  • Company accounts, tax and statutory records
  • Property, asset, employee and operational records

How the Service Works

  1. Tell us the approximate number of boxes and the collection postcode.
  2. We agree a collection plan, barcode and label each box ourselves, and move the archive into secure storage.
  3. Email us when you need a file or box returned. Same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged, depending on the request and route.
  4. When your organisation approves records for destruction, we arrange confidential shredding and provide a certificate of destruction once completed.
Your organisation decides which records must be kept and authorises any destruction. We carry out the storage, retrieval or shredding instructions agreed with you.
